The last week I worked on some lovly hexagon blocks for Johanna ... (fleißige Been´chen AND Bee Germany)
... and I have finished a wrap round skirt for a friend of mine - a wonderful wool fabric, the appliques are cut from a vintage wall hanging - handstitched cross stitches - which makes a great contrast!! The skirt is fully lined with a soft shot cotton by kaffe fasset!!
... und ich habe einen neuen Wickelrock für eine Freundin fertig genäht! Außen ein wunderbar weicher Wollstoff, gepaart mit Ausschnitten eines alten, recht groben Wandbehangs. Die Motive sind grobe Kreuzstiche ... das ergibt einen grandiosen Kontrast zum Wollstoff!! Gefüttert mit (einfach nur genial) Shot Cotton von Kaffe Fasset!!
Zu bewundern ab nächster Woche an Annette im handfest-Laden !!
